We hereby authorise Cargoclear International Pty Ltd to act on our behalf in the shipping and clearance of Air freight / Sea freight shipments and in the payment on our behalf of disbursements including Freight and Duty.

To expedite Customs formalities and delivery, please advise Cargoclear International Pty Ltd immediately after the arrival of our shipments.

We further authorise Cargoclear International Pty Ltd to quote our Australian Business Number for all shipments unless specifically advised otherwise.

We also agree to remit all charges payable in respect of such shipments, in accordance with the Standard Trading Conditions of Cargoclear International Pty Ltd. This authorisation cancels all previous authorities.
