The shipper hereby authorises Cargoclear International Pty Ltd to complete Air Waybill and/or Bill of Ladings, sign same and prepare all other documentation in connection with despatch and delivery of cargo on behalf of the shipper in accordance with conditions of contract. All service provided under the Standard Trading Conditions of Cargoclear International Pty Ltd, copies of which are available on request.
